Recent experiences with time-consuming conda binary production resulted in a "lessons learned" exercise that identified a number of technical issues as well as the more fundamental issue that binary production is currently divorced from the developer workflow, making SQuaRE a bottleneck in attempting to isolate bugs so that a developer can reproduce them and fix them (which they do! no complaints!).

Architecture will clarify binary requirements and propose a solution for the workflow problem. This epic covers SQuaRE's implementation of Architecture's recommendation. It is anguesstimate since the substance of that is unknown, and may be replanned in an upcoming change request.
