      Description

Following DM-8474 it is likely that we will have a requirement for extending the stack logging mechanism and shipping logs into the metrics system. In production SQuaSH will require this to be done dynamically, while in developer mode the user may wish to ship metrics from a run that has already been completed. This epic covers the necessary infrastructure for both these cases.

Deliverables to be updated after DM-8474 is complete.

This can be verified by looking at rabbit-aws metricbeat data that is logged from AWS to NCSA through the RabbitMQ shovel and cluster.

This epic was left open when the developer worked on it left the project. Since then, this work has been superseded by the lsst.verify framework. Marking as done for EVM closure.
