Description

For all code that uses the ImageOrigin argument, eliminate the use of that argument. In other words, update all code to match the changes in ~~DM-844~~ and ~~DM-845~~,

This affects all the code affected by ~~DM-848~~, plus any code that was already using ImageOrigin=PARENT, but is a simpler change.

Eliminating LOCAL image origin turned to be a bad idea, so this ticket will not be done. Instead we will make the default origin be PARENT using ~~DM-840~~ and ~~DM-846~~ first, then ~~DM-1176~~
