This is to prototype simplifying the access of Algorithms to both the measCat (for previously measured columns) and refCat (for fields in a reference catalog). This will be patterned on the current Input design, but will not require the Algorithm implementer to write new Input classes.

Similarly, the implementer will be able to write to the SourceCatalog over previously writtne columns.
