      Description

      Per DM-6187:

      the CModel vs. psf plot on DM-6818 (plot-t0-HSC-I-mag_modelfit_CModel-psfMagHist.png) reveals a large density of objects that have likely been misclassified as galaxies (namely the strip of red objects just below the threshold for the star/galaxy classification)

      Figure out what's going on here, and work out how to fix it.

            The codebase has gone through significant changes since this issue was created and, while we certainly still have much work to do on improving star/galaxy classification, this work will happen elsewhere.
