Description
LSE-72 needs to formally identify the following Event signals as a set of topics the DMCS component will publish:
- SummaryState
- SettingVersions (i.e. recommendedSettingVersion)
- SettingsApplied
- AppliedSettingsMatchStart
- ErrorCode
The above Event signals are defined in LSE-209.

Specification: Data Management shall receive and respond to commands issued by the OCS using the Command/Action/Response model of the SAL software packages, as described in LSE-70 "LSST Observatory Control Communication Architecture and Protocol".
I will attach the current DocuShare version of LSE-72.
Oh, I should comment that there is a draft of LSE-72 from August 2018 that is awaiting installation as the preferred DocuShare baseline based on LCR-1006, which is "Fully Implemented" but is stuck on some technical MagicDraw issues. That version has an explicit citation to LSE-209 in the above specification OCS-DM-COM-ICD-0003. I will attach that instead.
I was able to extract an updated version of LSE-72 from the model, so it looks like the MD issue is resolved. I will forward the info and a request to CCB to get the latest version added to DocuShare.
At today's SE-IPT meeting it was decided that referencing the common CSC behavior in LSE-70 (and thus LSE-209) is sufficient in this ICD.
