Process HSC Coadd Data with Smaller Patch Sizes

      Description

      The new deblender will require footprints in all bands to be simultaneously stored in memory. This is not possible with the current 4k x 4k patch sizes. We need to calculate the optimal new patch size to be able to fit all of the footprints in memory and re-run the HSC Coadd pipeline to generate smaller coadds.
