      Description

      I would like to migrate the SDSS DR9 HTM indexed reference catalog from Colin's scratch space to the datasets area so I can include it in the collection of HTM catalogs available.

            I have copied this to /datasets/refcats/htm/sdss_dr9.

            I'd like Colin Slater to take a look to make sure I didn't mess anything up.

            This is at /datasets/refcats/htm/sdss_dr9 per RFC-262.

            Looks good to me. The _mapper and config are still there; if I understand correctly, they will go away once DM-8232 is done. So Jason Alt [X] we might wait for that before applying immutability.

            This was renamed to /datasets/refcats/htm/sdss-dr9-fink-v5b/ and immutability has been applied.
