      This ticket covers merging the F16 work on validate_drp (e.g., refactoring to use validate_base) to master, and updating the Jenkins job (including post-qa v1.2.2) to submit validate_drp job data to SQUASH.

            Rebased and merged all F16 work on the u/sqre/measurement-api branch onto master.

            TODO: set up a test Jenkins instance to verify an update to post-qa v1.2.2 in the validate_drp job. Most work so far has been in attempting to set up a Jenkins test instance: https://github.com/jhoblitt/sandbox-jenkins-demo/blob/tickets/DM-8666-quickstart/quickstart.md
