      Description

I am currently getting to the dataset metrics by doing a get against /dashboard/api/measurements with parameters 'job__ci_dataset', 'metric', and 'page'.

The first and last parameters are currently always fixed at 'cfht' and 'last'.

It would be nifty if I could then put the same parameters (or at least job__ci_dataset and metric) into the URL for a dashboard query to get the plot that represented the data I had queried via the API. If I can do that, then we can return that data from calling api.lsst.codes back to sqrbot, which can then give the user a link to click on in order to get the plot showing the larger-than-anticipated deviation.
