Test/implement which badFlags are appropriate for matcherSourceSelector

      Description

Currently the implemented version of matcherSourceSelector is purely a copy of the old SourceInfo from matchOptimsticB.py in meas_astrom. This may not be adequate as the matcherSS does not makes use of BaseSourceSelector's isBad flags for bad pixels or cosmics(for instance). This ticket will test and implement which isBad flags are appropriate for the matcher step in matchoOptimistB.

Since DM-9751, MatcherSourceSelectorTask has been doing at least some checking of sources (for edge, interpolation, saturation). I'm not completely sure if that was the original intent of this ticket, but since it's there, and since the matcher has been working well for some time, I think we can close this down. If we trace a future problem down to not properly rejecting bad sources, we can reopen this (or file a new ticket).
