Broken links on Jenkins when mixing Python 2 and 3

      Description

      When a Python 3 build is started after a Python 2 build (perhaps the other way around too), the links within the Python 3 build page point to the previous Python 2 build.
      This can be very confusing.

            This should be resolved as part of DM-9351 (even though this issue was opened prior).
