LTD Dasher is a service to create static version and build dashboards for LSST the Docs products. The dashboards are regenerated with each new build upload and edition update.

• Add POST calls to a LTD Dasher microservice in the Kubernetes cluster from the build upload and edition update API endpoints.
• Add a new Keeper API endpoint to manually trigger dashboard uploads for one or more products.
• Add configuration to LTD Keeper so that it can discover the IP for the dasher microservice.
