Copy PS1 catalog to /datasets

      Description

      I have created LSST-style and astrometry.net-style catalogs from the Pan-STARRS1 3pi survey. These need to be copied to the appropriate places in /datasets, pending RFC approval.

            Files have been copied to /datasets/refcats/htm/ps1_pv3_3pi_20170110/ and /datasets/refcats/astrometry_net_data/ps1_pv3_3pi_20170110-and. Checked md5sum.

            Happend to notice this file
            /scratch/pprice/ps1_pv3_3pi_20170110/212392.fitsuwKXtc that I didn't copy. I assume that is not wanted?

            Looks reasonable to me.

            The file you identified is left over from an rsync, so you're right to leave it out.
