The snapCombineTask should sum entries in the calib object

      Description

      The CameraMapper strips out EXPTIME and put it in the exposure calib object. The SnapCombineTask does not have a mechanism for summing exposure times stored in calib objects. A mechanism to do this should be added to replace the old mechanism of summing metadata (fixMetadata).

            Presumably this is under control now because we do have the VisitInfo for each of the snaps and so can create a new combined VisitInfo? Would be nice to close this 7-year-old ticket.
