          Ok, with fix to sconsUtils and obs_subaru now passes Jenkins. Ready to merge. @rowen, do you want to have a look at those changes first?

          I'm glad you were able to get obs_subaru building reliably. That looks like a lot of work.

          I found a few things that need updating in obs_subaru.

          I didn't see any changes in afw on github, though I was expecting some (e.g. modernization of one wrapper as per my own changes to it and wrapping the remaining methods of another object).
