Change Executor's data passing mechanism

      Description

      Considering amount of various data which will be passed to the Executor, initially selected method of doing it (command line arguments) turned out to be cumbersome and error prone. The goal is to replace it with more robust approach, e.g., an input file.

          For now, I decided to go with an input file in JSON format. It is simple, human readable, and offers a great deal of flexibility.

          I pushed the new version of Executor working with input files in JSON format to its github repo (branch develop). Also updated the documentation to make it reflect the introduced changes.
