      Description

      In RFC-245 we agreed to add a new logging level between INFO and DEBUG. It seems this requires some subclassing of log4cxx classes in order for config files to understand the new logging level.

            I do still feel that the gap between INFO and DEBUG is too big but I understand that the more code we write the less useful VERBOSE would be.

            Well, just checked and the associated RFC was adopted, so we should follow up... I don't think this is a lot of work, so I'll try to get it done in an upcoming sprint.

            Changing this to Won't Fix because the switch to python logging made it irrelevant and we support verbose logging now in the LsstLogAdapter class.
