Add default constructor to new Footprints

      Description

      Having a default constructor to Footprints would be useful in many cases. Add one which takes only a PeakSchema as a default argument, and creates a null SpanSet

          Looks fine, though I was expecting to see a public default constructor for HeavyFootprint, too. I assume that's coming on a separate ticket?

          Yes, that work will just go on the 8108 ticket, switch to new API, as I will be doing 50 something other edits to HeavyFootprints as well.
