Clarify the wording of DMS-REQ-0131

      Description

      DMS-REQ-0131 says

Calibration images shall be available for nightly observing in the DMS image archive at least 1 hour prior to the start of observing.

This is impossible to verify without an understanding of when calibration data acquisition ends. I think there needs to be added clarification as to when calibration image acquisition ends and how much data will be taken during the day. Does calibration acquisition end 2 hours before the start of observing? Or 61 minutes prior? Are we observing continuously from dawn until that time?

I have updated the wording in the EA model and placed an updated LSE-61 on docushare as a non-preferred version.

          Some minor comments:

Semantically I think of "observing" to mean something acquired from the night sky.

Suggest a minor word change: "...end of observing that group." -> "...end of the acquisition of images/data for that group"

Otherwise, the change is good. At some point, I would want to better understand the basis for the 25 images in 1200sec.
