Fix Search on developer.lsst.io

      Description

      Search has not worked on developer.lsst.io for at least this past week (Jan-Feb 2017).

      Please fix.

      I think this is because DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.HAS_SOURCE is set to true but DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.SOURCELINK_SUFFIX is undefined.

      and nothing is in _sources

      The index exists and is being searched and appropriate locations are being found.

      But the results are not getting added to the DOM in line 550 of searchtools.js

          Fixed - see PR for explanation on new requirements.txt to get development version of the sphinx theme to fix this.
