Currently the keeper.lsst.codes endpoints for product and edition deletion only add a date_ended value, and don't actually perform a deletion. This ticket will complete the implementation, including:

• moving files in S3 to a deletion staging area (possibly tagging this files)
• renaming the product or edition's slug so it doesn't cause conflicts for new products/editions that have the same name (if necessary)
