Description

We need some way of determining the version/configuration of software currently deployed in a Qserv cluster.

Retrievable information should include at least eups versions of all packages in each container (or equivalent if qserv migrates from eups), and human-parsable container build dates.

Yup. This ticket was from the pre-docker/k8s era. Qserv versions are now explicitly observable via k8s and/or the Qserv web dashboard. And we no longer have anything to do with eups.
