Jenkins Py2 OS X failure on ci_hsc

      Description

ci_hsc fails is failing for me on Py2 OS X under Jenkins due to an import error. I saw this on a ticket branch (DM-9045) but given the nature of the change and the fact that ci_hsc ran successfully under Jenkins on Linux, I'm pretty confident that's not the cause of the problem.

I don't particularly need this fixed soon, but if we don't expect this combination of build target and environment to work, it'd be nice to somehow make it clear that's the case.

Here's what looks like relevant part of the log of the failed build:

This was probably a SIP issue of some kind, and it seems to have been fixed in some other ticket.  In any case, it definitely isn't a problem anymore.
