      Description

      Trying to complete the DMTN-023 pipeline tutorial as currently described breaks at the `coaddDriver.py` step, because the default configuration options currently are set to using ``UberCal.`` The goal of this ticket is to update the instructions so they run successfully on the current version of the stack.

          A quick comment on the PR. Feel free to merge once you've checked the rendering on http://dmtn-023.lsst.io/v

          I still can't see the rendering from Travis; additionally, when I try to build them locally with `make html`, it breaks with the following:

          09:56 $ make html
          sphinx-build -b html -d _build/doctrees   . _build/html
          Running Sphinx v1.3.1

          Exception occurred:
            File "conf.py", line 7, in <module>
              from documenteer.designdocs import configure_sphinx_design_doc
          ImportError: No module named documenteer.designdocs
          The full traceback has been saved in /var/folders/6f/pzlh7k955dx_sptv1__2vkbr0000gn/T/sphinx-err-MkmKdg.log, if you want to report the issue to the developers.
          Please also report this if it was a user error, so that a better error message can be provided next time.
          A bug report can be filed in the tracker at <https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues>. Thanks!

          I just kicked it; hopefully it'll catch up soon.

          Have you installed documenteer? Easiest thing to do is follow the instructions in DMTN-023's README.rst. (I always make a virtualenv before pip installing things, but it should work either way.)
