The default size – 0.2 deg cutouts are 21MB for LSST calexp images and less than 0.5MB for WISE. We might want to make the default cutout size mission specific.

We would also want to preserve cutout size through mission parameter changes (ex. LSST band selection should preserve the cutout size)
