astshim does not build on Ubuntu

      Description

      The stack cannot be built on Ubuntu because the build of astshim complains about a missing symbol:

      lsstsw2/stack/Linux64/starlink_ast/lsst-dev-g4bd2b55bd7/lib/libast_pass2.so: undefined reference to 'astPutErr_'
