      Write up a lightweight specification+design for the dochub-prototype project (the build infrastructure for www.lsst.io) to help Adam Thornton make the initial implementation.

      dochub-prototype is itself a prototype for what will become DocHub (https://sqr-013.lsst.io).

            Adam Thornton: I've written up the design sketch at https://github.com/lsst-sqre/dochub-prototype/issues/1.

            Let me know if this makes sense to you. I've tried to ride the line between giving you freedom to design it as you wish, and making sure the prototype implementation meshes with what's been in my head for a while now since I'll be extending the initial work with some front-end design and adding more information artifacts beyond technotes over time.
