      Description

      As shown in DM-8059, the deblender can be improved by turning off the smoothing of the templates. This ticket is to add this option as a config parameter to the deblend task.

            This changes the default behaviour. Was that intended? If so, please add a note in the commit message.

            Don't need the parens around the doc part of the Field.

            No, this was not intended. We want to be able to turn it on for some of the RC testing.

            I also removed the extra parentheses. It looks like a number of config options have this from which I copied and pasted.
