2. A user can separate stars and galaxies from photometric magnitudes and morphology. [DES]
i) Plot separate color-color diagrams for extendedness = 0 and high extendedness objects. Use tools such as a 2D histogram and a contour map to compare the distributions from overlaid datasets.
ii) Overlay a predict stellar locus from a reference model. E.g., Davenport 2014.
iii) Compare how the galaxies and stars are distributed at different values of Galactic (l, b). See if the galaxy contours or stellar locus move. Compare the degree to which they move together and separately.
