LSE-61 1.4.1 phrases the specification as "All per-band deep coadds and best seeing coadds shall be kept indefinitely and made available to users." I believe this is meant to define "all" and "indefinitely" as only within a Data Release.

Is "best seeing" meant to be the detection coadd or a tempalte for image subtraction? Should the specification be "per-band deep coadd", "per-band best seeing coadd", and "deep detection coadd". This should be rephrased.

We should consider rephrasing this specification in LSE-61 to clarify.
