      Description

      We are proposing to put under change control the PDAC Data Access Policy. The policy is currently available at:

      https://confluence.lsstcorp.org/display/DM/Data+Access+Policy+for+the+Data+Management+Prototype+DAC

      Sr. LSST Management has already commented, reviewed, and agreed with the general direction of the document. Any final comments on the PDAC data access policy are requested here, prior to final adoption by DM.

            I think the alternatives are Word or GH+LTD, either with DocuShare as the official repository, of course. Whichever you feel more comfortable with.

            Mario Juric: Since Zeljko Ivezic was unable to attend the meeting and did not name a proxy, the TCT can only recommend adoption of this RFC with a 4-0 vote. I would like all five members to be represented in the future, as each brings a distinct perspective.

            RFC adopted (version 13 of the Confluence page). I've also locked it down, made it editable only to Kian-Tat Lim and Mario Juric. Please commit to Docushare (any way you see fit).
