I'm OK with this version of the text. We may still need to put in a "fast-path" container deployment option for Commissioning, but that can come later as it is shown to be needed.

I commented on the PR that 2.1.2 Deployment Architecture needs to be updated as well, or perhaps this new section should be merged with it.
