Adopt new version of LDM-503 as baseline - Test Procedure Using Jira

      Description

      In respect to the baselined version (July 2018) the master branch includes multiple updates:

      • Section 2:
        • Integration with Jira test management plugin
        • Test documentation
        • Approval procedure
        • DM VCD example
      • Section 5 removed
      • Milestones update

      Milestones may still be updated over the coming days.

            Let's try and get another milestone update into this. The document currently has August-vintage milestones in it, which are a bit different from those as of late September. I'm probably not going to get chance to do this today, but I can by the end of the week.

            I agree with John Swinbank. With the prospect of freezing portal development, many milestones associated with SUIT need to be modified/updated.

            Hi Xiuqin Wu [X]: while I agree that many SUIT milestones will need to change, I think it's unlikely that those changes — including propagation to PMCS, which is used to generate the baselined documentation — will happen over the next couple of days. I suggest that we don't ask Gabriele Comoretto [X] to wait for them, but rather you RFC another update to LDM-503 when the updated milestones are ready.
