LDM-142 defines the LSST network bandwidths and costs.  We have recently reached an agreement with DOE ASCR ESnet to provide dedicated path diverse 100 Gbps fiber optic links between Altanta and Chicago.  This enables dedicated, path diverse 100 Gbps fiber optic links all the way from Cerro Pachon to Chicago, to meet LSST's alert latency and reliability requirements.  In Chicago, NCSA has multiple 100 Gbps, path diverse, shared networks, but the traffic is segregatable such that we will in effect have dedicated bandwidth for this "last mile".
