            I wonder if it would be helpful to be a little more concrete about the line “cost and scope should be considered”. One can imagine two extremes here:

            • The DMTN-085 line is effectively to accept the status quo; allocate zero additional effort to this problem. This is the minimum.
            • At the other end of the scale, one can imagine suggesting some maximal set of requirements that go beyond even the original scope of the SUIT group.

            I think what we're fundamentally aiming for here is some sort of middle ground — some useful improvement that can be delivered by, say, 1 FTE-year of effort. Is that right?

            Minor comments:

            • In the scope it says "at DMLT in July" but the glossary defines DMLT as a team. Do we mean "at one of the regularly scheduled DMLT meetings in July"? There is a big difference between end of July and start of July given that the WG only starts on June 1st and ends mid August.
            • Is the final report to be submitted as an LDM or a DMTN or a powerpoint?
            • Section 3.1: "non DM requirement" -> "non-DM requirements"?
            • Presumably Camera have written down their diagnostic display requirements somewhere?
            • Lauren needs a surname and Gregory needs a hyphen.

            https://ldm-702.lsst.io/v/index.html works. I think the issue with the LTD site is just that no default version for this document has been established yet.
            Never mind - the index appears but there's no content available.
