Description
LDM-294 has several updates - middleware and science platform teams on the org chart the gantt chart etc.
LDM-503, LDM-564 need milestone refresh at least
LDM-643 has had some updates for the new operations rehearsals.
LPM-251 has been turned into a technote RTN-003 giving guidelines to iDACs. (DOe snot strictly require an RFC I think since it was never issued)
LDM-148 has been updated and should be issued.

Changes to LDM-503 proposed on this RFC are shown here. They include:
- Eliminate mention of deprecated low-level test specifications (all those other than LDM-540).
- Update milestone descriptions and schedule to be current as of end May, 2020.
- Clarified that requirements will be verified using available data.
