It has been over 18 months since the last LDM-142 baseline, and in that time a number of decisions, new requirements, and vendor quote updates have occurred that necessitate an update, particularly to the FIU Ops Costs sheet.  These include:

An updated quote for the Huawei avoidance link in Brazil (MREFC supplemental request)

An updated quote for the 100G Ring IRU (MREFC)

Acceleration of the first payment on the Atlanta - Boca Spectrum IRU (Ops)

Increases to estimated equipment costs in out years (Ops)

These changes have been reviewed by Rubin MREFC and Ops Management and accepted. The FY22 FIU contract is being amended to incorporate these changes.
