            As agreed last week I am board recommending this RFC.

            The current draft does though have a search-and-replace error in that there are many places where a word has lost a space to "LSST". We have "overallLSST", "allLSST", "theLSST", "integratedLSST". I think a gls was replaced and the space got lost.
