Description
DMTN-222 promotes the creation of a Calibration Acceptance Board that will handle the formal approval of new calibrations, as well as setting the validity ranges on those calibrations. The goal of this RFC is to identify who should comprise this board to ensure that everyone with a stake in the calibrations can weigh in on the approval process.

This is a cross-department board (presumably an operations board as well), not a DM board, so someone else needs to lead it. In theory the CAP team could get authority delegated to it by Zeljko Ivezic to set up a preliminary board.

As requested, I'm withdrawing this as this board will be established among the wider Rubin community, and not just from DM.
How do we unwedge this issue and get the CAB setup?
